1. Items Subject to Bidding (1)-(2) Manufacturing and installation of automatic inspection lanes for various branch offices. (3) Specifications: As per the specification documents. (6) Bidding method: The contract price shall be the amount obtained by adding 10% to the amount stated in the bid (fractions of less than 1 yen are discarded). Bidders must state the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount in their bids, regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt enterprises for consumption tax and local consumption tax. 2. Competition Participation Qualifications (1) Must be graded as "A" in "Manufacture of products" or "Selling of products" for the Reiwa 7, Reiwa 8, and Reiwa 9 (FY2025, FY2026, FY2027) unified qualification for participating in general competition (Unified qualification for all ministries and agencies). (2) Others shall be based on the bid explanation document. (3) Those who do not receive the bid explanation documents, specifications, etc., relating to this procurement cannot participate in the bidding.
