Call for Proposals: FY2026 Regional Agricultural Entry Support Project

1. Items Subject to Bidding Commissioning of the FY2026 Regional Agricultural Entry Acceptance System Support Project, aimed at promoting corporate entry into agriculture in Chiba Prefecture by holding seminars for municipal and agricultural committee staff, and dispatching experts to support regional corporate entry. 2. Project Implementation Method Proposals will be solicited, and through a selection process, one organization will be selected to implement the commissioned project. 3. Maximum Commission Amount 3,000,000 JPY (including consumption tax and local consumption tax) 4. Bidder Qualifications Organizations or corporations (individuals not eligible) satisfying all of the following requirements: Having experience within the past 2 years in at least 2 instances of support for local governments or regions regarding corporate entry into agriculture (plan formulation, execution support, seminars, regional briefings, etc.) and possessing specialized knowledge on corporate entry. Having a structure capable of swift and appropriate response in emergencies. Having a necessary personnel structure in place for project execution. Having a sound financial status and capable of stable business operation throughout the year. Not falling under Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Enforcement Order. Registered on the Chiba Prefecture Eligible Bidders Roster for Bidding on Supplies, etc. (Services) by the time of the selection committee meeting. Not suspended from bidding qualification during the period from the application date to the contract date. Not subject to bidding exclusion or suspension measures based on Chiba Prefecture guidelines. Not a corporation related to or employing members of the selection committee. Not an organization whose primary purpose is religious or political activities. Not an organization supporting, endorsing, or opposing specific public officials or political parties. Not an organized crime group or affiliated with organized crime groups under the Anti-Borough Act. 5.
